  1. Quizzes and tests are to be taken on the date and time indicated.

  2. Make-up tests may be given at the Professor's discretion. It is the student's responsibility to request a make-up.

  3. It is the student's responsibility to keep any returned quizzes for the purpose of validating grades given.
